  • Name and email address: collected when you complete the AI Automation Scorecard or book a strategy call.
  • Scorecard responses: your answers to the automation assessment questions (business type, team size, time allocations).
  • Booking information: if you schedule a call via Calendly, they collect the information needed to schedule your appointment.

We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or sensitive personal data. We do not use tracking cookies beyond basic analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Deliver your AI Automation Scorecard results
  • Follow up about your automation needs and our services
  • Schedule and conduct strategy calls
  • Send relevant information about Voltaris (you can opt out at any time)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. How We Store Your Data

Your information is stored securely in Notion, our internal CRM. Access is limited to the Voltaris team. We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

If you'd like your data deleted, email us at hello@voltaris.io and we'll remove it within 30 days.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • Calendly: used for scheduling strategy calls. Their privacy policy applies to data collected through their platform.
  • Notion: used for storing lead and contact information.
  • Vercel Analytics: used for anonymous, aggregate website analytics. No personal data is collected.

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Opt out of any marketing communications at any time
